2. AI Outputs Require Review
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them to make business decisions.
Nesta does not provide legal advice, advertising compliance advice, professional marketing advice, or guaranteed business results through AI outputs.
3. Public Audit Methodology
Public visibility audits may use:
- information you provide;
- public business profile information;
- public website and search data;
- third-party provider data;
- local map, search, ranking, and AI visibility checks; and
- Nesta scoring, summaries, and recommendations.
Audit results are snapshots. Results may vary by location, time, provider, device, index freshness, data availability, query selection, and third-party API behavior.
4. No Ranking or Lead Guarantee
Public audits and AI recommendations do not guarantee:
- search rankings;
- map placement;
- AI assistant mentions;
- traffic;
- leads;
- revenue;
- ad performance;
- review outcomes; or
- legal or regulatory compliance.
5. Publishing and Connected Accounts
Authenticated product features may draft profile updates, posts, review replies, website content, ads, or other materials.
Unless an enabled workflow expressly states otherwise, drafts and recommendations require human review before they are published or applied.
For connected advertising and lead-generation accounts, customers remain responsible for budgets, billing, targeting, claims, approvals, and compliance with third-party platform rules.
